Jauregui & Culver, inc. removed 15 rubber flex pipe penetrations and 12 rubber electrical penetrations from the double-walled, brine-filled sumps and replaced them with fiberglass Bravo repair penetrations. Once cured, pressure testing was performed to ensure there were no leaks.

Jauregui & Culver removed six old Blueline piping rubber penetrations in the STP sumps that were old, cracked, and dilapidated; such dilapidation of piping penetration fittings will cause the site to fail secondary containment tests which will result in the site being out of compliance, and if not corrected may result in notice of violations and fines.
The six old rubber penetrations were replaced with six fiberglass Bravo repair penetrations for the piping penetrations in the three single wall STP sumps. Once cured, hydrostatic testing was preformed to ensure there were no leaks.

Jauregui & Culver, Inc. repaired one under dispenser containment (UDC) unit. The UDC was leaking brine liquid. Jauregui & Culver, Inc. excavated next to the UDC and sealed the leak using fiberglass matting and resin per manufacture specifications and industry standards. Once completed, the Veeder Root sensor was reinstalled and tested for functional ability.
